Year's End...

(Cover of my original version of "The Friendly Beasts", published 1996)

2007 is winding down. It is always interesting to re-evaluate how things are working, or not, and revisit one's priorities and in my current case, regain my equilibrium and try to reassert some balance in my day to day living..

And where, in one's very tight schedule, does one put emergencies and unforeseen stuff (she asks after spending much of yesterday in and out of the Emergency Room with her husband's latest attack of kidney stones)? *sigh*

I may be sparse for the next couple of weeks as I cannot miss this next deadline!

What a beautiful cover. Is this book still in print?

Oh no -- I hope he's OK. I've had a kidney infection which was more painful than giving birth to my second and I hear kidney stones are worse. Not helpful, I know! In any case, Happy New Year and don't worry about us "little people" while you take care of business. xo

Sones and deadlines in combination? Not an auspicious start, but I do hope 2008 will be a good year for you and your family.
I'll continue to "pop in" and enjoy whatever posts you do manage.
Good luck and good work, Tara.
