Sunday Sketching -

Finished up my teeny purse Moleskine today....

Goodbye purse Moleskine. I will have to find you a replacement before next week...

I remember you saying a while ago that you wanted to improve your old people faces, well I've been noticing in your Sunday sketches that the more middle aged people look really well-middle aged. So not being an artist myself I think that means you're doing a good job.

I love your Sunday sketches. I never seem to do people but designs more. I did a design yesterday that one of the pastors would like to have when I have it in a finished format. Anyway, you really inspire me to draw where I'm at.

I wonder if the other members of your congregation realize you are sketching away weekly....

Hayden - heh, a number of people know I draw every Sunday (and make a habit of checking out my blog later in the day to see who was drawn), although I'm sure there's still people who don't know. The sketchbook I use in church is very small and I'm usually tucked into a pew so only those in my immediate vicinity can see me in action. :-)
