Right after Justin Gerard's workshop I got to play with some character design for a book series I enjoyed reading - kind of as a 'try out' for a potential job.
Normally I don't participate in spec sorts of work, but I quite liked these books - and it was a fun, somewhat 'older' venue to play in. :-)
