Utah Trip - Museums (I)

Got to visit a number of museums whilst in Utah. First one being the BYU Museum of Art -

 The traveling star exhibit featured Islamic art...

Lots of it was samples of gorgeous lettering -

-there was also pottery, and metalwork-

(these are horse shoes!)

-mosaics, glass and wood carving.

It was impressive and exotic.

There was also Western art, sculpture, and electronic art, 

But my favorite exhibit was actually the Medieval English Alabaster sculpture. :-)
