After my last version of this piece, I got this draw-over from Rebecca Guay via SmArt School -
Re-drew - and then got a few more tweaks from Rebecca...
This is the final drawing -
I looked at a bunch of classic winter paintings to get inspiration for the palette I wanted to use, and settled on this lovely, limited palette piece by Charles Robinson.

And this is what I ended up with.

This is really beautiful work, Tara. When I look at it, I want to know more -- about who she is, where her beasties came from, what they're doing out there, the whole nine yards.
