OH GOSH ALFIE BOE!
He's breathtaking, isn't he? He's the one singing the part in the 25th Anniversary concert here. Does an incredible job.
At the risk of having many many Les Miz fans scream BLASPHEMY! at me, I'm not a fan of Colm Wilkinson. Maybe his voice was amazing in its prime, I don't know, but it's never wowed me. But Alfie Boe... my jaw is on the floor.
It's very much a different kind of voice. I love it though. Such emotion.
I do think it's cool that Colm Wilkinson is playing the priest in the movie coming out in December.
