Final love-ly quotes...

To find a person who will love you for no reason, and to shower that person with reasons, that is the ultimate happiness.

Robert Brault

The world is a great mirror. It reflects back to you what you are. If you are loving, if you are friendly, if you are helpful, the world will prove loving and friendly and helpful to you. The world is what you are.
Thomas Dreier

Life has taught us that love does not consist in gazing at each other but in looking outward together in the same direction.
--Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls. A joyful heart is the inevitable result of a heart burning with love.

Yet another Love-ly quote:

Love doesn’t just sit there, like a stone; it has to be made, like bread,
remade all the time, made new.

---Ursula LeGuin

Still drawing... Hope to finish this batch tonight.

Love-ly Quote:

"It doesn't interest me what you do for a living.
I want to know what you ache for,
and if you dare to dream
of meeting your heart's longing.
It doesn't interest me how old you are.
I want to know if you will risk
looking like a fool for love, for your dream,
for the adventure of being alive...

Love-ly quote:

There is no remedy for love but to love more.

Love-ly quotes...

There is no mistaking love. You feel it in your heart. It is the common fiber of life, the flame of that heats our soul, energizes our spirit and supplies passion to our lives. It is our connection to God and to each other.

--Elizabeth Kubler-Ross

(I'm sketching away. Another deadline this week. In the meantime, you will just be treated to some love-ly quotes in honor of the impending holiday. :-)

Soap making at midnight...

In a vain attempt to squeeze in a bit of Valentine's cheer, I tried to make something quick, thematic and festive... I've had better luck -

I thought the concept was neat - heart shaped soaps via candy molds or cookie-cutter. Better in theory than in practice unfortunately. The soap was hard and bent the cutters, and the all-natural-romantic-soap-scent I bought smelled like... soap...

They DO look look Valentinesy however, so I guess it wasn't a complete loss. Translucent, pretty colors, reminiscent somewhat of hard candies or glass...
