Packages Out and In...

This has been quite a week.

My husband was laid off from his job. Always a delightful occasion.

I had one major, problematic deadline to meet (Book #1 has been scanned, copied and FedExed off. Now only 4 more to go....) I'm very glad to have this one out the door! Now as long as there are no rumblings about revisions....

And just as was coming back from the FedEx place, I picked up the mail, and guess what was inside my mailbox? Yet another fairy has found me out! And on a day that I really needed it.

Foreign delights! Yummies and savories and jewels and treasures. (I think the gum is my absolute favorite. Never had anything like it before. I may be addicted! Which is unfortunate if I can't find a source for it over here... Might have to keep this fairy on my payroll.)

Thank you lovely fairy friend. I so appreciate your thoughtfulness - and impeccable timing!

Sorry to hear about your husbands job Tara.

Do you have a fully automated Illustration production line, or do you farm out some of the work to the Far East? ;¬)

Bad, bad luck about your husband, how horribly worrying. And how fortunate that a Certain Fairy was thinking of you...now you too will be addicted to nougat pie.
