Goin' to the park -

It's a beautiful mid-October late afternoon -

-in which we spent a lovely hour or so in one of the nearby parks.

We weren't there merely for the scenery -

- as lovely as it is this time of year -

- but we were there primarily to take pictures of my baby -

-and her date. Her first big Homecoming Dance. A couple of cuties.

What *is* this with kids getting so old and growning up so fast?!!?

It feels like the speed of light. And leave me a bit breathless...

It's nice to see them dress up for the occasion. Our kids dress in their usual jeans and t-shirts if they show up at all. It is a meeting place for the party they all want to go to. Of course then they say there is nothing to do except drink.

Your *baby* is radiant and beautiful.

I don't want mine to grow up too fast!

Such sparkling eyes, the joy of living speaks through them!
They grow at the speed of light, I know. None of my four fits comfortably on my lap anymore.

You have a beautiful daughter Tara. Looks like you have done a pretty good job as a parent;¬)

BTW, I was impressed that you managed to get your husband to pose for you, (in the previous post);¬)
